pageimage_employerWhy A Legal Plan?

Nearly 50% of employee absenteeism is related to a myriad of personal and family legal matters. For many people, the need for legal assistance causes anxiety over how and at what cost they will have to hire an attorney. Statistics show that most choose not to hire an attorney at all and when this happens, the employee typically becomes preoccupied and their on-the-job performance suffers as does your entire organization.

By offering your employees the benefit and convenience of a group legal plan, you protect your business from the hidden costs associated with lost work time while your employees enjoy the benefit of having their own highly qualified, local attorney at a very affordable monthly premium.

Easy Enrollment

Once established, our group legal plan will virtually administer itself at little or no cost to the employer. Guardian offers several plans, with monthly premiums ranging from $10 to $20. Our plans provide free and discounted legal advice and service on most personal legal issues (employment related matters are excluded from the plan). Our group legal plans are offered on a payroll deduction or direct basis and paid entirely by the employee; although some employers choose to partially or fully fund the plan.

Guardian’s legal coverage is currently offered in Florida. We are continually evaluating markets across the country in an effort to expand into new territories, offering better legal plan choices to more individuals and families.
